NRS is a Report which seeks to show development trends through the Municipal Planning Process.
It is a weekly Report for 48 weeks (one year). We do not send the Report on four Holiday Week.
We charge a subscription. However we will return a prorated amount at request for the unused portion of the subscription upon request (Amount per week x Weeks left in subscription).
Data for the subscription is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the subscription and for no other purpose.

About NRS
NRS began in the early 1980’s as Municipal Research Service. This was relaunched as Newspaper Research Service in 1986, then Nagel Research Service. Finally, simply NRS (a.k.a. NRS Development Reort).
